We are an online-only retailer — there is no showroom to visit, so please write or call rather than coming by.

Orders & delivery: include your order number and we will have tracking and answers in the first reply. Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days and arrive in 8–15 business days; fixtures ship from our supplier network, which is how we keep gallery-grade lighting at these prices.

Returns: email us first and we send a prepaid label with the return address already printed on it. Please do not ship anything back before you have the label, or we cannot match it to your order.
