How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery in the United States takes 8–15 business days from dispatch, and every order includes tracking, sent to your email as soon as it ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all US orders. No thresholds, no surprises at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused condition. Start a return by emailing support@eliovieri.com with your order number — we will send simple instructions the same business day.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be asked to ship damaged items back.
Are your lights hard to install?
Most table and floor pieces are plug-and-play. Ceiling and wall fixtures include standard mounting hardware; if a piece requires hardwiring, we recommend a licensed electrician, and we note this clearly on the product page.
What bulbs do your lights use?
Each product page lists the bulb type and whether bulbs are included. Most of our fixtures use standard LED sources chosen for warm, dimmable light.
How do I care for brass and glass finishes?
A soft dry cloth is all most pieces need. Avoid abrasive cleaners; on living finishes like aged brass, natural patina is part of the design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, yes — email us as soon as possible and we will change or cancel it. Once shipped, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every fixture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
