30-day returns
If a piece does not suit your space, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@eliovieri.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected. We will email you the moment it is processed.
Damaged or defective items
Covered separately and generously: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and choose a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping required.
Warranty
All fixtures carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims follow the same process — email us with photos and your order number.
