Refund policy

30-Day Returns. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@eliovieri.com with your order number; we will reply within one business day with return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@eliovieri.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Warranty. All lighting fixtures include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
