Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery
Standard shipping is free on all US orders and takes 8–15 business days from dispatch. Large fixtures may ship in more than one parcel; tracking covers every box.
Tracking
Your tracking link updates at every carrier scan. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email support@eliovieri.com and we will investigate with the carrier the same day.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, send a photo to support@eliovieri.com within 48 hours — we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, no return required.
Address changes
We can update your delivery address any time before dispatch. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
