Shipping policy

Processing Time. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Delivery takes 8–15 business days from dispatch. Large fixtures may arrive in multiple parcels, each with tracking.

Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number, delivered by email. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact support@eliovieri.com and we will investigate with the carrier promptly.

Damaged in Transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. Damage reported with a photo within 48 hours of delivery is resolved with a free replacement or full refund — see our Refund Policy.
