Trade & Projects

If you specify lighting for other people — interior design, build, renovation, staging, hospitality — you need different things from a shop than a homeowner does. Quantities that hold across a whole project. Prices you can put in a schedule. Specifications you can rely on. And someone who answers within the day, because your client is waiting on you.

Send us the project below and we will come back with pricing and availability, usually the same day.

What we can do

  • Project pricing. Quantity pricing on any fixture in the range, quoted against your actual schedule rather than a fixed tier. Tell us what the project needs and we will price the whole thing, not line by line.
  • Specification support. Sizing, hanging heights, spacing, beam coverage, IP requirements by location. We will do the calculations with you before anything is ordered.
  • Specifications in writing. Dimensions, wattage, colour temperature, weather rating and bulb type on any fixture you are considering. Where a figure is not published, we go to the manufacturer for it rather than estimating.
  • Consolidated delivery. A whole schedule to one site address, on one timeline, so you are not tracking eleven parcels.
  • Free delivery within the US, with no order minimum, on trade orders as on everything else.
  • Thirty-day returns and a two-year warranty on every fixture, which is what makes it safe to specify something your client has not seen in person.

What we cannot do yet, so you are not caught out

We would rather tell you this now than at the point you are relying on it.

  • We do not have CAD blocks or IES photometric files for the range. If your project requires photometric modelling, we are not the right supplier for that part of it.
  • We cannot send finish samples at present. What we can do is send additional photography of a specific finish, and describe honestly how it reads in warm versus cool light.
  • We do not offer net payment terms. Trade orders are paid at the point of order like any other.
  • Lead times are real lead times: dispatch within one to three business days, then delivery. We will give you the current window for your specific fixtures when we quote, and we will tell you if it does not suit your programme.

What to send

The more of this you include, the more useful the first reply will be.

  • The project — type, location, and roughly when it completes.
  • The schedule — rooms or areas, and the fixture types you are after. A rough list is fine; we do not need a finished spec.
  • Quantities, even approximate. Quantity is what moves the price.
  • Your deadline for pricing, and separately the date the fixtures need to be on site.
  • Whether you are specifying for a client or buying to resell, since the paperwork differs.
  • Anything already fixed — ceiling heights, existing finishes, a chandelier the client has fallen for. Constraints make quoting faster, not slower.

Honest note on where we are

Elio Vieri is a young company. We are not going to pretend to be a fifty-year-old lighting house, because you would find out on the first project. What we can say is that you will get a direct answer from a person who has done the sizing maths, a real delivery window rather than an optimistic one, and a straight answer when a fixture is wrong for what you are describing. If that is worth more to you than a glossier catalogue, we would like to quote your next project.

Use the form below, or email support@eliovieri.com with "Trade" in the subject.
