Sizing & placement
Over a dining table, hang the fixture so the lowest globe sits roughly 30 to 36 inches above the tabletop. In a living room or entryway, allow at least seven feet of clearance beneath it, and choose a diameter close to half the width of the table or seating group below. The rod sections can be used singly or combined to suit taller ceilings.
