Sizing & placement

Over a kitchen island or a dining table, pick a ring roughly half to two-thirds the width of the surface and hang it 30 to 36 inches above. The 16-inch works as a single point over a breakfast bar or in a hallway; the 31-inch suits a large table or a double-height space. The shallow profile means it also reads well hung low in a stairwell, where the ring is seen edge-on from below.
