Two clear glass shades set symmetrically on a solid copper arm, throwing light in both directions rather than only up or down. At nine inches wide it stays close to the wall, which is what a corridor or a bedside asks for.

Sizing & placement

Mount at roughly 60 to 66 inches from the floor so the shades sit near eye level. Beside a bed, place the fixture about 30 inches above the mattress and offset from the pillow. In a hallway, spacing a pair eight to ten feet apart gives even coverage without hot spots.
