Sizing & placement
Both versions hang nearly five feet from the canopy, so this belongs over a stairwell, an entryway void or a double-height living room where the drop can be seen in full. Over a dining table it can be shortened, but keep 30 to 34 inches between the lowest shade and the surface. The 7-light suits a narrow hallway; the 13-light needs at least ten feet of ceiling to avoid crowding.
