Sizing & placement
Take the 23.6″ ring for a bedroom or a small dining table and the 31.5″ for open-plan living, allowing roughly 30 to 34 inches above a tabletop. The multi-ring configurations hang at staggered heights and need the full 47 inches of cable to read properly, so plan on ceilings of nine feet or more. Shorten the cable at installation rather than coiling it above the canopy.
