Sizing & placement
The 12-head is twenty-six inches across and works over a table for four on a standard ceiling. The 20- and 35-head versions are over forty inches wide and need a nine-foot ceiling and a room of proportionate size — a dining room seating eight, or a living room where nothing else competes overhead. Hang 30 to 34 inches above a table; the chain gives fifty centimetres to work with.
